BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE | |
8 slices bread, white or wheat 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 1-2 c. ham bits (optional) 1 can mushrooms, drained (optional) 8 eggs 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt (less if you use ham) 4 c. whole milk Cube bread slices. Line bottom of well-greased 9x13 inch pan with cubes. Sprinkle ham, mushrooms and cheese on evenly. Beat together eggs, mustard, salt and milk and pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
