MICROWAVABLE BREAKFAST EGG
SQUARES
 
1 egg
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. lightly toasted corn squares cereal
2 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 strip bacon or 1 tbsp. finely diced ham

With fork, beat egg in microwavable 2 cup bowl. Add butter. Microwave on high for 30 to 40 seconds until softly set but moist. Stir with fork to break up egg. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Microwave on high 20 seconds or until cheese is melted. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes and serve. This makes an excellent breakfast for school children.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
