SUGARED PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water (or brandy or vanilla)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Beat egg white and water together in a large bowl. Mix dry ingredients in another large bowl. Coat pecans in egg mixture then stir coated pecans in sugar/spice mixture. Spread pecans in buttered shallow pan and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
