SUGAR COATED PECANS 
1 tbsp. egg white
2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Add pecans and toss until well coated. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes or until browned. Cool on waxed paper.
