BROCCOLI - CHICKEN SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
3 c. diced chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
Bread crumbs or croutons for topping

Cook the broccoli about 5 minutes. Drain and put into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, uncovered. Place cubed chicken on top. Cover with mixture of soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice. Top with cheese and buttered bread crumbs or croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8.
