BROCCOLI, CHEESE & RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
1 c. cooked rice, seasoned with butter
1/4 c. grated onion
1 sm. jar Kraft Cheez Whiz
2 tbsp. butter
Grated cheddar cheese
Cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions. In bowl, combine soup, egg, Cheez Whiz, mayonnaise and rice; mix well. Melt butter; saute onions for 1 minute. Add to mixture. Drain broccoli in colander; fold into mixture well. Pour into a greased 9 inch baking dish and top with grated cheddar cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
