BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large jar Cheez Whiz

Cook broccoli according to directions. Cook rice until tender; drain broccoli and mix with rice. Add soup and Cheez Whiz. Heat to 350°F until cheese is melted.
