ROCKY ROAD DESSERT PIE 
1 pkg Betty Crocker super moist chocolate fudge cake mix
2/3 c. water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. chilled whipping cream
2/3 c. mini-marshmallows
2/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and dust with sugar 9 x 1 1/4 pie plate. Reserve 1 2/3 cup of lightly packed dry cake mix. Beat remaining cake mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl on low speed scraping bowl continuously for 30 seconds. On medium speed scrape bowl frequently for 2 minutes. Nor spread in pie pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Beat whipping cream and reserved dry cake mix until stiff. Fold marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate chips. Now spread over cooled cake.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 tbsp. whipping cream
1 tsp. butter
1 oz. coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate

Over medium heat stirring frequently until chocolate is melted and smooth.
