STRAWBERRY PIE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together first layer. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 c. Cool Whip

16 ounce Cool Whip is 4 cups. Blend ingredients of second layer and spread over cooled crust.

3RD LAYER:

2 c. water
2 sm. strawberry Jello
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Bring third layer to boil. Boil several minutes (about 3). Cool and add 2 quarts strawberries. Pour over second layer. Top with Cool Whip if desired.

Let third layer thicken before adding Cool Whip to cake pan. Variation: Blackberry Jello and blackberries.
