EASY STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash mushrooms; remove stems and save 1/3 cup chopped. Cook and stir chopped stems and onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add to bread crumbs. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in baking dish. Fill mushroom caps with bread crumb stuffing. Bake 15 minutes, broil 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Perfect recipe! I added a few small tweaks to suit my person preference. I baked mushrooms about 12 minutes then sprinkled cheese for the last few minutes. I also seasoned the breadcrumb mixture with season salt so the dish wouldn't be bland.
