HOT CLAM DIP 
1 side Ritz crackers
2 cans minced clams
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cans clam sauce (white)
1 1/4 sticks butter

Saute onion in butter. In a bowl crush Ritz crackers finely and add minced clams, clam sauce and sauteed onions. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve on Ritz crackers.
