HAMBURG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry dressing
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
3 or 4 raw potatoes, sliced thin
2 onions, sliced thin

Mix meat, egg, crumbs and milk. Put potatoes on bottom of casserole, cover with hamburg, lay onions on top. Then pour milk over mixture almost to cover. Bake 1 hour in a moderate oven.
