MINNESOTA HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 raw potatoes, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 can vegetable or vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Put potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole. Brown meat and spread over potatoes. Add vegetable soup and top with mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper. Bake covered in a 325 degree oven for 2 hours or until done. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
