BURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. sliced celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can vegetable soup 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. mashed potatoes In skillet brown beef and cook celery and onion until tender. Drain off fat. Add soup and salt. Put in 1 quart casserole dish. Mound potatoes around edge. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. 3 to 4 servings. Double recipe for 6 to 8 servings. |
