CASSEROLE 
5 potatoes, sliced
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Put potatoes in greased casserole pan; crumble meat on top of potatoes. Cover with vegetable beef soup. Lay onion slices on top, cover with cream of mushroom soup. Bake, covered tightly at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. 4 servings.
