ONE-MEAL CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 can tomato soup
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
3 c. (cooked) mashed potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry beef and onion until done. Put in 9x12 inch glass casserole. Place soup on beef, then vegetables over that, then potatoes on top. Cook until light brown at 350 degrees.
