RAW POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
4 c. diced raw potatoes
2 c. diced celery
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain off grease. In 3 quart casserole dish combine potatoes, celery and soups. Add ground beef. Top with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. If more liquid is needed, use milk.
