GROUND BEEF AND VEGETABLE
CASSEROLE
 
3 med. raw potatoes, sliced
2 raw carrots, sliced
1 (No. 2) can green peas, drained
1 onion, sliced
Celery
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup

Place ingredients in well-buttered 3 quart dish in layers in order listed, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix liquid from peas with mushroom soup and pour over prepared dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 6-8.
