QUICK HAMBURGER & VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 can tomato sauce 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls 1 egg, beaten 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add tomato sauce and corn, mixing well. Line pie plate with roll dough, sealing seams. Combine egg and cheese in bowl, mixing well. Layer cheese mixture and ground beef mixture in prepared pie plate. Top with additional grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings. |
