HONEY DIPS 
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract or orange extract

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt and flavoring, blend thoroughly. Place flour on board and cut in butter, add eggs and knead. If too soft, add more flour, set aside for 30 minutes.

Cut dough into 4 sections. Roll out on floured board, extra thin. Cut into 6-inch strips. Tie into bow knots and deep fry until light brown, let drain and then sprinkle with powdered sugar or put honey into pan. Let heat and dip bowties into honey. Let drain and dry. Enjoy with coffee!
