3 c. apples, cubed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. celery, sliced thin
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
mayonnaise
lettuce

Sprinkle lemon juice on apples. Add everything else and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaf.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
