BUTTERED PECAN ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
Dash salt
1 c. pecans

Beat first 4 ingredients well - in blender does nicely. Chop nuts and place in frying pan with 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter with a sprinkle of salt to taste. Stir constantly to prevent burning.

Place nuts in milk mixture and place in churn. Churn according to churn directions. Nuts will come to top - stir with spoon to mix evenly.
