BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 c. milk
1 qt. Half & Half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. pecan flavoring or butter almond

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Beat until mixture is stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream churn and freeze.
