CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE FILLING 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
Small amount of cream
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk (not boiling), and sugar. Add small amount of cream with flour and cocoa to make a paste and add this to milk. Beat egg yolks and add salt and vanilla.

Pour into baked pastry shell. Top with meringue or dairy topping.
