GINGER CRINKLES 
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp. molasses
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. sugar for dipping

Combine egg and sugar and beat. Stir in molasses. Mix and sift together flour, soda, salt and spices. Add to first mixture. Roll into balls and drop by teaspoon into sugar. Place on ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
