GINGER CRINKLES 
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 egg
2 c. flour

Mix vegetable oil and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
