ALICE'S CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 pt. cranberries, raw and ground up
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 orange, grind a little of rind also
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grind cranberries, orange, celery, and nuts. Add sugar; mix well. Mix Jello and water; mix with above mixture. Pour into mold or flat pan. Chill until set; serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
