CRUST:

1 c. crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
3 tbsp. butter

FILLING:

3 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Crust: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs and butter and press in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in chips and vanilla; pour mixture over crust. Bake 45 minutes. Cool before removing from pan. Refrigerate. 10-12 servings.
