STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN 
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
10 oz. frozen strawberries
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. heavy cream

Dissolve Jello in water and stir in strawberries. Let stand until strawberries thaw and Jello slightly thickens.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually adding sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Fold gently, but thoroughly into Jello. Chill until slightly thickened.

Beat cream until stiff. Fold into Jello. Spoon into lightly oiled mold. Chill 3-5 hours or until firm. Unmold.
