FLO'S RASPBERRY/STRAWBERRY
BAVARIAN
 
6 oz. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberry halves

Step 1: Mix gelatin and water; stir to dissolve. Add sour cream using wire whisk until smooth.

Step 2: Cut frozen ice cream into 10 pieces; add to gelatin stir until melted.

Step 3: Add lemon juice and slightly thawed frozen fruits. Use fingers to separate fruit.

Step 4: Pour into individual glass serving dish. Serve with whipped cream flavored with sugar and vanilla.
