BERRY BAVARIAN 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries in syrup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup
Whipped cream for garnish

1. In a large bowl, add gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved.

2. Add sour cream and beat with a wire whisk until dissolved.

3. Cut ice cream into pieces and add to gelatin, stirring until it is smooth.

4. Break up slightly thawed frozen fruit into pieces no larger than individual fruits and add to gelatin mixture. Adding the fruit while frozen helps set the gelatin and keep the fruit from sinking to the bottom.

5. Pour mixture into 9 large glasses or bowls with a 9 ounce capacity and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

6. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
