EASY PINEAPPLE BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. cream

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Heat pineapple. Add sugar, lemon juice and dissolved gelatin. Chill in pan of cold water, stirring constantly. When it begins to thicken, fold in cream beaten until stiff. Mold and chill.
