ST. PATRICK'S DAY PIE 
1/3 c. maraschino cherries
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 med. size container frozen non dairy whipped topping
1 (9") prepared graham cracker crumb crust

Place cherries and pudding mix in a mixing bowl and mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie shell and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
