COMPANY CASSEROLE 
4 oz. egg noodles
3/4 lb. ground chuck
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles. Melt butter and brown ground beef in butter. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and drained noodles. Alternate layers of noodles and beef mixture in casserole. Finish with noodles. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
