FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. coconut
1 c. white Karo syrup

Beat eggs, sugar, syrup and butter until well mixed. Add in coconut. Pour into pastry lined pan. Place in 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
