COCOA-NUT BREAD 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. In large bowl combine all ingredients except nuts. Beat with spoon 30 seconds; stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 65 to 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan, wrap tightly in foil. Cool completely. 1 loaf.
