COCOA NUT BREAD 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and oil. Beat with spoon 30 seconds; stir in nuts.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 65-70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
