COCOA-NUT BREAD 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and oil. Beat with spoon 30 seconds; stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 65-70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes - remove from pan. Wrap tightly in foil. Cool completely.
