OVEN FRIED CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 or 3 lb. cut-up fryer
5 or 6 med. potatoes (unpeeled), cut lengthwise

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken and potatoes. Place potatoes and chicken, skin sides down, in pan. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes. Turn. Bake until done, about 15 minutes. Serves 6.
