COUNTRY - STYLE POT ROAST | |
3-4 lb. pot roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 env. onion soup mix 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown roast 5 minutes per side. Spread soups and sauce over top of meat. Roast 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender. Spoon gravy over pot roast occasionally. Serves 6. |
