EASY POT ROAST 
2-3 lb. pot roast
Carrots
Potatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bottom and sides of baking dish with tin foil; leave enough to cover meat, etc. Place the pot roast in the dish and cover with the onion soup mix and soup. Add carrots and bake for 2hours, covered. Add peeled potatoes to the roast and continue cooking for another hour. Remove from oven and serve. (The nice thing about this recipe is the gravy is already made, it's in the dish.)

NOTE: Chicken can be substituted for the pot roast. Only cook the chicken for 1 hour instead of 3 hours.
