EASY POT ROAST 
4 lbs. beef; arm or blade roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 sm. potatoes, peeled
8 med. carrots cut crosswise into halves
2 tbsp. water
1 med. onion, sliced, or 1 pkg. of bouillon onion mix

Use 13 x 9 inch pan, put foil in pan. Put in roast, add vegetables. Mix 2 cups of water and bouillon onion mix. Pour over all. Fold foil over and seal. May add clove garlic, if desired. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Skim fat from gravy. Serve gravy with beef. Serves 6 to 8.
