OLD FASHIONED POT ROAST | |
3 - 3 1/2 lb. boneless pot roast (rump, chuck or round) 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix In crock pot place roast. Put onion mix on top. Add a dash of salt. Cook 5 hours on high. Or in Dutch oven brown roast. Add soup mix, blended with water. Simmer, covered turning occasionally, 2 1/2 hours or until tender. If desired, thicken gravy. Makes 6 servings. |
