6 chicken breast halves
1 can chicken ala king
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 tbsp. pimentos
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Wash chicken well. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread chicken ala king and mushroom soup over chicken. Sprinkle pimentos over sauce. Cover dish with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is fork tender. Serve over your favorite rice. Serves 6.
