DEVILED CRAB 
1/2 block butter
1/2 med. onion
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. crab meat
Mustard

Cook onion, celery and pepper on low burner until soft - let cool. Mix milk and bread crumbs until soft. Beat 1/2 block butter, add flour. Add to crab meat. Mix mustard, bread crumbs and egg. Mix all together and put in shells. Cook on 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
