DEVILED CRAB 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. bouillon
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. crabmeat
1 c. bread crumbs

Mix eggs, bouillon, butter and seasonings. Stir in crabmeat and bread crumbs. Fill crab shells or fresh flounder. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in a 325 degree oven until crab mixture is heated through or until fish is cooked well. (The flesh will flake with a fork.)
