DEVILED CRAB 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. crushed saltines
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers

Saute celery and peppers in butter. Add other ingredients and mix well. Stuff into 6 or 8 crab shells. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
