DRIED BEEF CHEESEBALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef
1 bunch green onions
Chopped walnuts or pecans

Let cheese come to room temperature. Chop beef very fine. Chop onions, including some of the greens. Add all ingredients together. Shape into a ball and roll into chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend.

Serve with assorted crackers.
