G.'S SMOKED TURKEY CHEESEBALL 
2 c. finely ground smoked turkey, dark meat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 tbsp. finely chopped green onions

Use food processor; grind turkey and set aside. Chop pecans and onions and set aside. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise well, add turkey to this and form into a ball. Chill for several hours, then roll in parsley, onions and pecans.
