SMOKED TURKEY AND PEPPER PASTA
MEDLEY
 
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
8 oz. fettucini, cooked, drained
1 c. (8 oz.) Louis Rich smoked boneless turkey breast
3/4 c. zucchini slices, cut in halves
1/2 c. red pepper strips
1/2 c. yellow pepper strips
Salt and pepper

Mix salad dressing, mustard and thyme until well blended. Add pasta, turkey and sliced vegetables; mix lightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill. Add additional dressing before serving if desired. 5-6 servings. Prep time: 15 minutes plus chilling.

Variations: Substitute Miracle Whip light cholesterol free reduced calorie salad dressing for regular salad dressing. Substitute rotini, shell or elbow macaroni for fettucini. Substitute 1/3 cup red pepper, 1/3 cup yellow pepper and 1/3 cup green pepper for red and yellow peppers.
